We accept all major credit cards. Money orders, cashier's checks and personal checks if imprinted with name, address, phone and state driver's license. We gladly process credit cards through Pay Pal or you may call the store and we will take your credit card information over the phone.

PayPal enables any individual or business with an email address to securely, easily and quickly send and receive payments online. Your account can attach to your credit card or bank account for payment funding. Visit their site at www.paypal.com and click the Sign Up button at the top of the PayPal home page to set up your account. They have an extensive help section to guide you if you are having trouble. If you are thinking of using Paypal to pay for an order, secure your account BEFORE you place your order with us as we will not be able to process your order until we have received payment.

By all means give us a call we can process that over the phone and mail it out to you or the person to whom you wish to give it to.

We are not permitted to allow the return of consumable products, i.e. chocolates, jams, salsa's, cookies, etc. We are happy to accept returns of any gift merchandise that arrives to you in unsatisfactory condition for a refund of the current price less shipping. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the item.

Returns received by us within 14 days of when you received your order qualify for our 14 day money back guarantee.  We refund your credit card the purchase price and tax (if applicable) minus shipping charges.  In some cases it may take up to 10 business days to have your original charge returned to your Credit Card. 

Items received 15 to 30 days after you receive your order are eligible for store credit only.

Items received after 30 days are not eligible for return regardless of the reason. After 30 days all sales are final and are non-refundable and non-returnable. 

We require a copy of your receipt that you received with your package, along with your request for store credit, or refund. We cannot accept for return any item that does not include a copy of your receipt. 

Items MUST be returned in their original box in the condition they were received - with no tape, stickers, labels or markings added - they will be refused if they have been used, as we cannot re-sell them.
